This home is beautifully updated with an open floor plan and private heat optional pool. Ideally located in Little Venice with quick of access to both the Gulf or the Ocean.

Third party bookings are subject to increase rates and third party service fees.
Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

This home was absolutely in the perfect location with very comfortable beds and updated appliances. The outdoor area was one of our favorite places to spend time when we were not on the boat. Fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances and lots of lighting inside the home. The private pool was also perfect! We will absolutely stay here again. Great value and beautiful location!

This place exceeded all expectations. It was super clean, great layout and great location to all of our planned activities. The pool was perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved watching the fish in the canal with the lighting in the water. The boat access was easy to Atlantic and gulf and we were able to go to dinner by boat. Overall a fantastic experience and would recommend highly. We would love to stay here again in the future.

This house was perfect! The pool was amazing with the outdoor seating. We relaxed by the pool everyday. We rented a boat and it was very easy to dock the boat. I would definitely rent this house again!

This was such a perfect house in every way!! Just the perfect size and no stairs. The Pool made the end of every day so relaxing!!! The place was very clean and The kitchen had everything we needed. Docking our rented boat was a dream and we hope to bring our30 ft. boat next year!! We have found the home we want to rent from now on!! Calling to ask questions was easy and we had answers right away! The carport kept the Mini Van cool! I would have loved somewhere to put my feet up in the living room. But that was very minor. You will not be disappointed in this home!

My husband and teenage daughter just return from this rental, we would definitely would rent this gem again! Very clean property inside and out. Plenty of home necessities without hauling it all from home. Great location, lots of restaurants, shops and things to do near by. We rented a boat and docking it was a breeze. Rent it you won't be disappointed!
