Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Well stocked, beautifully decorated, enjoyed the pool area and tiki hut. The parking area was way smaller than it seemed in the pictures but overall everything else was ideal for our needs. We would definitely book this place again.

It is a very nice home and location close to the beach. It rained the entire week we were there (and I do mean ENTIRE), but we made the best of it in this well-taken-care home. There was a sweet pool, that we, thank goodness, opted to have heated, so we spent a lot of time in that since we couldn't go to the beach. On the first day, the toilet in the shared bathroom wouldn't flush, and the handyman was there within half an hour to fix it! To boot, he was a super cool guy, so that always helps! Easy check-in, easy access. The staff was always available for questions and answered quickly. Thank you! Next time we hope to have sunny weather so we can spend less time at this marvelous home - ;)

This home and property is gorgeous! The manicured property with private pool and lit palms at night gave resort vibes. So peaceful day and night with birds around the bay and other wildlife the kids enjoyed watching. Super easy walk to Sombrero Beach and short drive to grocery stores. Leslie was very helpful and quick to respond with local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is even more beautiful than the pictures. We loved our stay here. One of the nicest homes I have been to. The inside is so nicely decorated and comfortable. Everyone loved their bed. Kitchen has everything you need to cook homemade meals. There is plenty of seating in the yard. Sitting in the backyard near the water was one of my favorite places to be. The landscaping around the property makes for a private setting. We had a 23' rental boat and loved the convenience of the dock and the beautiful, easy path out to the ocean. This was my fourth time staying at one of Leslie's properties. Don't hesitate to book with her. The entire process is simple and straightfoward. If you have an issue (I've only ever had two very small ones), Leslie and the management team are very quick to fix. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy and reasonable. You are in good hands with Leslie and her team. I hope to come back to this house again. We made wonderful memories here!
