Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Perfect location

We had a great stay! The house is conveniently located in Marathon in a quiet neighborhood. The house was spotless and was exactly as described. There was plenty of space for us. The screened in porch was a favorite spot for meals and relaxing. There is plenty of furniture and a scenic view of the canal. The location was perfect for anything we wanted to do! There is plenty to do in and around Marathon and it was an easy drive to Islamorada and Key West for day trips. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Quiet neighborhood. Easy drive to sombrero beach (we went all 6 days). Spacious living and kitchen rooms. Very nice balcony to watch the sunsets. Be sure to go to sunset beach for sunsets, and learn the words to the song they sing every day before you go.

Exactly as described. Loved the screened in lanai and the view of the waterway. Sombrero Beach was about a mile away and beautiful.

For us, being low key people who just wanted to relax, this property was perfect.

The property was exactly as described. The rental agents were communicative, attentive and very helpful. The neighborhood and canal were peaceful and quiet. Being able to dock a boat right there was an added bonus.

Great location and house! The house was clean and the kitchen well stocked! You’re an easy mile walk to the best beach in the area. We snorkeled there most days. We had fresh lobster from our catches there!!Rent a boat to dock at the house. It is set up for fisherman with a cleaning station, deep freezer, & grill right off the dock!The screen in porch area upstairs was our favorite hang out and eat spot. The grocery is a mile away. The Publix is fantastic! Walgreens is next to the grocery.Marathon had the slow family pace that we love. The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors!Check in and communication couldn’t have been easier! Great rental!

The rental was perfect for our anniversary week. We enjoyed coffee on the porch and saw a mother and baby manatee in the canal. Beds were comfortable and we found all we needed in kitchen. We did not cook but coffee pot and fridge worked. Linens were good and rental was clean. The location is good - we brought our bikes and road to Sombrero Beach several times. No issues with check-in or check-out. It's nice that there is a red light to exit neighborhood onto A1A. Very convenient to grocery store. We also enjoyed the marina bar near house - Dockside Boot Key Harbor - that has live music and dancing, good drinks, and friendly people. Loved their pizza rolls.

The house was fabulous! Very close to the beach, town and restaurants. It was a short walk to a beautiful white sandy beach, ideal for families.The house itself was clean, neat, newly painted outside, well maintained grounds. It had a large family room that opened to a 40' outside veranda, ideal for taking meals by the water. We will be staying again next year!

Our stay was fantastic. The house was very cozy and very clean. The views of the canal and other homes was wonderful. We spent a lot of time at the beach. The water and sand were delightful. We loved our time there and won't hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to friends and family.
