Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.
All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.
The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

The home is in a nice neighborhood, it is a nice home with nice beds, could use some more furniture in some areas, some newer furniture. The pool was nice it was heated, but it is at the end of the channel and catches all the wind, it is completely shaded after 11 am.

This year we decided to go to the Keys for our family vacation. This house was a perfect fit for us. Plenty of room, great location and a nice pool. We all agreed we would stay here again.

We are a family of 10 ages 10 months to 67 years. The house accommodated everyone comfortably. The pool area was wonderful and the boat dock was perfect for our 21 foot rental boat. The kitchen was large and well supplied with all we needed to cook large meals. The house was clean and the check in was easy. The only negative part of our stay was the expectation that the renters would wash “a few loads” of towels and sheets before departure as well as washing, drying and putting away all the dishes in the kitchen. This makes for a hectic 10AM departure!! A linen service would be expected for this large house at this price point. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay, would give 5 stars if not for the hectic departure.

We were very happy with the house - it was exactly as described on the website. My husband and I took 7 members of our family on a Spring Break vacation (we still have 3 grandkids in High School!). The house fit our family perfectly - we had a wonderful week on Key Colony Beach!

We had a good stay in Key Colony and we’re very happy with the location of this property. Many homes in the community are one story and small to medium footprint, but this house is on a more upscale street with larger footprint. The house was clean and furniture was in fairly good shape. Lots of cooking and serving ware. During late Jan/early Feb the sun only hit the pool area late morning/early afternoon, but there were sunning options on the front side of the house on the porches or even in the side yard. We thought the value of the house was good and the amenities/qualities exceeded what we expected for the price. We would stay here again.

Another Wonderful Week in the Keys

A group of family and friends travel to the keys every year in October. We rented this lovely home in Key Colony Beach this year. Only 1 hr drive to Key West. Marathon has everything you could possibly need for a vacation away. The house was very nice. All 5 bedrooms were a good size. Pool and hot tub were awesome. Pool is very large. The house was on a canal but also right across the street from the Ocean. Saw some amazing sunsets. Would definitely return and would recommend to others as a great place to stay.

This home was much nicer than the photos conveyed. The pool area is very private. The bedrooms were all comfortable and in the main house. This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. The only thing I would caution is that the dock is situated at the end of the cove and although it might be 30' long, it would be impossible to dock a boat of that length. My boat is 22' and we were able to pull in and maneuver without issue (although coming close to the dock next door). If there had been a boat docked to the right of our dock, it would have been extremely challenging! Would absolutely stay here again except for this one concern. Key Colony Beach is really nice and a great community to walk in.
Property is in a great location if you have a boat. The house was large enough for our group of 10 ppl to fee like we all had our own space. The pictures of the pool dont do it justice. Its HUGE. These owners clearly enjoy the water because they thought of everything we could need. 5 mins boat ride to gulf or atlantic. Youre super close to the bait shop. We will likely be booking this house again. I honestly cannot think of anything i would change about this property. The manager is awesome. Weve worked with them each time we stay. Very responsive. Thanks again for a perfect stay!
