Key Colony is the best. We have stayed in Key Colony many times and enjoy the proximity to Other Keys. The accommodations were above average the kitchen was stocked better than most. Very spacious to accommodate 6 guest. Will book again.

This place is beautiful! It was extremely clean when we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials we needed. (However we didn't cook much, loved having an air fryer and blender). The beds were lovely! We loved the pool and the outdoor seating areas! Perfect size pool to cool off. We rented a boat and the dock was perfect. We brought our paddle boards and the canals were great for safe and relaxing paddle boarding. Close drive to restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was safe and beautiful.

House was in a great location. Very spacious. Pool was perfect from coming in off the water all day. Easy and quick to get out to the Atlantic or bay side. Marina very close with bait.

Hands down one of the nicest Airbnb’s we have stayed at. The house is absolutely gorgeous and equipped with everything you need to feel right at home. From utensils, plates, pots/pans to top of the line appliances. We enjoyed renting a pontoon boat and docking it at Leslie’s home. A fun day trip via the pontoon boat to Burdines for lunch was a fun experience. The heated pool was an added bonus since the week was slightly cool. The surrounding area is safe with a path alongside the road for walking, running, or biking. Less than a half mile from is a great beach to view sunsets and also included with the rental is access to the Cabana Club. We only went once during our stay but the beach, pool, and hot tub were all very nice and staff were friendly. We took a drive to Key West which is only over an hour away, great restaurants and shopping for all. Not only a lot to do in Key Colony but surrounding areas. If you are thinking of booking this property you won’t be disappointed.

Great house, pool size was perfect, wish I had my boat there . I have rented with American Coastal many times in the the past, always a good experience.

Great house! Very comfortable. I’ve stayed in the Marathon/Key Colony Beach area my 3 trips. This house by far was my favorite.

Property was super clean and Leslie was very easy to work with. We had a wonderful week hanging by the pool and boating. We used the grill almost every night for dinner. The location was great for fishing and kayaks/paddle boards. Would highly recommend this property for rest and relaxation.

New nice house that is well furnished. Pool was perfect for cooling down after the long days on the boat. House has an outdoor kitchen area that we used every night. The house is also adjacent to the par 3 golf course in Key Colony. We played a number of times during our stay. Boat dock has multiple levels to made docking and boarding the boat easy at any tide. Highly recommended house!

We plan family KCB trips two times a year and have stayed in several homes the last few years. This one is by far our favorite. This was a multi-generational family trip and we had plenty of space, the kitchen was well equipped and the house is just beautiful! If you have ever rented in the Keys you know the homes can be a little tight (by design) but this home was huge! We will definitely try to rent this one again!
