This place was amazing. The views were incredible! I would have been happy for the week just sitting and looking out at the expansive views of the ocean. The pool was amazing too. My kids loved it! The kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we needed and more. This was by far our favorite place we’ve stayed in the Keys.

This place was absolutely fantastic!!! The view !!-the picture don’t do justice it’s soooooo gorgeous.It’s perfect on other words for a family trip.We love marathon it’s our second home so we loved the house. It was close to fishing store. All the stores. Attractions. Beach. 7 mile bridge. And best for the fishing fox it’s ideal spot. This has been beautiful two weeks.I would save this for our future trips for sure.Thank you for this amazing place.

Great location!!

Our stay in Marathon was incredible! The house on 6th Ave was as amazing as the pictures but absolutely breathtaking in person! We stayed with our 3 sons over Easter - 24, 20 and 17. Even they were impressed - which isn’t easy with those ages! They swam, went to the beach, kayaked, sunbathed, chillaxed and had the most amazing fishing trip on Easter Day that gave us food for the upcoming week - especially after it was expertly prepared at Lazy Days in Marathon! We took a couple of drives to Key West and realized how nice it is to leave the hustle and bustle of Key West behind and go back to your own peaceful escape. House might be tricky with little ones as the downstairs bedroom with the two double beds only has access to the main house via the outside staircase - but it in no way impacted our stay! Leslie’s team was very responsive during our stay!

Our family had a great stay at this home. The location is very nice situated right on the water. Observing wildlife and the boats going by was really cool for the kids. Far enough away from the causeway to be quite and peaceful yet close to almost anything you might need.

We had an amazing stay surrounded by beautiful scenery and friendly neighbors. Will definitely rent again!

I really enjoyed staying at this home. It was both beautiful and clean. I am particular and I found this home to be a lovely place to stay. The bathrooms, kitchen, bedrooms, linens, outdoor views and furniture, the pool, and views were all phenomenal. I checked out a couple of local resorts and this made me realize how fortunate we were to have our own pool, our own view that beat anywhere else, and the quiet was so enjoyable after busy days. This home was amazing! We spent a week here and explored the keys during the day and relaxing during the afternoons in the deck chairs watching the boats come and go. Cooling off in the pool was wonderful. We’re already planning on coming back.

The home was beautiful, just as described. There is not much reason to leave the property with the private pool, outdoor grill, fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous views from sunrise to sunset. The place is beautiful inside also. We found good places to eat and plenty of things to do nearby. We would love to stay again.

This home was amazing. The property has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect for those hot Florida days. House is close to a supermarket and many nice restaurants. Sunrises everyday were so beautiful to watch relaxing with a cup of coffee. We are already talking about our next trip back.

Spectacular view and location! The added bonus was the convenience of docking your boat right outside your the door. This home is the ideal set up for two couples vacationing.

This is an amazing home and gorgeous views of Boot Key Harbor! Very spacious 2br/2ba home with upgraded appliance, super comfy beds, and awesome screened in back porch! The pool lights up from sunset to 10pm nightly, just beautiful! My husband caught lobster right off the deck, plus saw stone crabs, eels, and an octopus! What a lovely week, will definitely be back!

The location is absolutely beautiful. The house is amazing, the pool is incredible and you are right on the Boot Key Harbor. The house has everything you need. Restaurants and grocery shopping are close. Easy bike ride or a short drive. We took day trips to Islamorada and then to Key West, both drives were easy with great views.

We booked this place hoping for a relaxing stay in paradise and this place lived up to our expectation. Wonderful views of the harbor, house is laid out perfectly, very nice and new feeling! Pool and landscaping is wonderful! Nice slip for boat if you have one or plan on renting a boat! Would recommend this house to anyone! Don’t miss out!

Our stay could not have been better. The location was amazing. We rented kayaks for the week and saw manatees while on the water or from the dock every day. The pool was great for the kids. The house was gorgeous. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful 2-week stay! We are no strangers to the area, and watched them remodel this home. We were happy that it was finally available - it's pretty darn perfect! The turf area, pool and screened-in back porch was where we spent most of our time. The porch was great for watching thunderstorms. It looks like they lost a good bit of their dock in the hurricane. We had our boat at the one part of the dock that had been fixed, so it would be great if the extended part that used to go around the corner into the canal was also replaced. It'd be a great perch for watching the fish, crabs and mantas swimming below or having that cup of coffee by the water. Overall, it was a pleasure and a great place to relax. We hope to stay with you again!

What a fabulous gem. The house was very clean, well appointed, at the end of the street and very quiet. Beds and pillows super comfy, dock large enough to dock our 26 foot rental, and the views of Boot Key were fantastic. Definitely would highly recommend.

Everything was wonderful!!.. We usually go on vacation with an itinerary but, this time there was nothing.. I waited till the week before we left to book somewhere to stay and I am so glad I did. This place is close to everything and the view is absolutely stunning. We left 3 times in a week.. Other than that we were by the pool

This property was amazing! We loved the rooms and the available space. The open dining, kitchen, and living space made an amazing workspace for the week.Everyone voted it the best place we’ve stayed for this purpose in the last 4 years.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely property. The Coco Plum part of Marathon is quiet, which is just we wanted. The property has a nice dock and we saw lots of manatees and other wildlife from it. The pool was just right and the outdoor setup was ideal. The interior is nicely laid out and comfortable. With a house this size, it was great to have two refrigerators. We would definitely stay here again.

13 of us stayed at this house which met all of our needs. The house was very comfortable and spacious. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom which was awesome. The communication on this property was excellent. We experience a few minor issues, but they addressed them immediately. We saw Manatees and Dolphins at the dock and did some fishing off the dock. We enjoyed watching the boats passing through the canal. Although the weather could have been warmer while we were there, we did get a chance to enjoy the pool which was heated. We did a walk into town which was 1.5 miles to Island Fishery, which was probably our favorite place to eat. The area we were in was less congested and quiet. There was an area at the end of our street you could walk to for the Sunrise. Would definitely recommend this house for large groups. We all really enjoyed the place.

This house was great for our 3 families of 4 and we never felt cramped or short on space. The staff at the agency was very responsive to the few things we needed and did a great job ensuring our stay was nice. Wonderful dock and there are a lot of charter boats that go by in the morning and afternoons that you can sit and watch go by. We would stay in the house again.

The property was great. The view and privacy hedges made it seem like a private getaway. All the appliances were modern and the kitchen was top notch. There actually were pots that were sized to accommodate cooking for larger groups. There were 12 of us. The bedrooms were comfortable and well appointed. Overall the best place we have stayed in the Keys and we have been comiing down yearly for over 10 years.

Love the house and the location.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is big and beautiful. The beds were comfy and clean and the bathrooms were clean and nice. The house is off the beaten path (quiet and secluded, which we loved), on the canal with a dock and we watched lots of interesting water wildlife. The pool is amazing; warm and clean. There were 10 of us and plenty of room to hang out together in the great room or on the patio and comfortable bedrooms when it was time to get away from each other. There is a big kitchen with two refrigerators (not a gourmet kitchen so don't plan to cook elaborate meals because the kitchen accoutrements are a little light). We used the blender for drinks. We used the grill a couple of times and that was nice. We would stay again if we were ever in the Keys again with that many people. We loved it (but we would come better equipped). We needed the property manager for one small detail and she was good enough to get back to us after hours with an answer to our question. Thank you for that!

This is a great property. Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Common area/kitchen is very large to accommodate the whole group. It has 2 fridges which is so nice. Location is great. Few minutes to open water, private across the canal. You can watch other boats go by! Criticisms... Just be prepared to bring extra garbage bags, hand soap, etc. I wish I knew this ahead of time. All that being said, this is a great property and I have actually booked again for next year. Don't hesitate to book!

The accommodations and location were outstanding.

We traveled with three other families with teenage kids. There's plenty of space to spreadout without feeling overcrowded. The pool is an amazing oasis to chill out and relax. Great view of the water off the dock. You can sit on the pool deck and watch boats drift by. The location is pretty secluded and very quiet.

The property was spacious and immaculate. Could not ask for a better setup. We had an outstanding time.

Beautiful, brand new home. Comfortable for a larger family or several couples. Water/dock access is excellent. Pool is large and loads of fun. Kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Outside decks make the home even larger. Key Colony Beach is a fun community, tucked away off of the main road but close to grocery stores, restaurants, and activities. Aesthetic is white, clean, and modern. Take the warning about stairs seriously. Host was responsive and professional.

We absolutely loved our stay. This is an amazing home away from home. We shared the house between two families. The best sand bar was Grassy Key. We loved Lazy Days South and Burdines. Sombrero Reef was a beautiful reef to snorkel. We also rented kayaks from Keys Kayaks. Thank you so much. We will definately be back!

It was great! We had a little problem with the pool heater, but, they tackled that in a timely manner. We had a blast, and the house was beautiful, and clean!

This home is spectacular, lots attention to detail! The beautiful tropical setting makes you feel as though you are far away from the noise of the world. We spent most of our time on the back patio and in the pool. Leslie and her team were great to work with and always available if we needed anything. Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving 2024. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids (age 2 and age 3) loved the pool. We loved how close the house was to restaurants, Publix, beaches. Would stay again.

The house is very spacious and nicely decorated with attention to details. Very clean as well. The pool area with its huge tropical garden is a dream! We really enjoyed our stay and can recommend the house to 100%.

One of the nicest properties we had ever stayed on. It's like a hotel but all your own. The kids couldn't get enough of the pool. The wrap-around porch was just perfect for hanging out in the mornings and evenings. There was lots close by to do including restaurants, boat rentals, Sombrero Beach and we spent a day in Key West. We didn't want to leave!

Our family have an amazing two week stay at this property. We loved the privacy and the pool. The layout was perfect for gathering, yet all family members still had their own space to relax. Having laundry on site and a fully stocked with appliance kitchen was convenient without having to constantly leave the home. The bathrooms are beautiful.We have no big complaints, and have nothing but great things to say about Leslie (the property manager).We would return!

This property far exceeded our expectations. It felt more like a resort than an Airbnb. The house itself is beautiful and the best Airbnb we have stayed in. The rooms are spacious, yet cozy. The kitchen and butler’s pantry are huge and had everything we needed. It’s clear that it was a chef’s kitchen. We stayed for 10 days and only ate out once because we enjoyed cooking together. My husband and I slept in the pool house, which was also really nice. We traveled with my parents and our 1 and 2 year old children. This property was absolutely perfect for our family. The pool area is beautiful (recommend heating it!) and has a zero entry component, which was perfect for our toddlers. The property is on 1.5 acres and the gardens are pristine. We enjoyed mornings at the pool and walks around the property (our 2 year old called it the jungle) in the afternoon.We highly recommend this property and working with Leslie!

The photos and descriptions simply don't do this property justice. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, our expectations were exceeded. The home is grand, yet comfortable. The pool area is all you could want in a holiday home, and we spent hours upon hours there. The wrap around porch, full kitchen, and spacious showers were all great perks. All in all, a beautiful, clean, well-thought-out home we were happy to spend time at. We'll be back!

This is the most private well maintained rental property I have ever stayed at. It felt like we were in our own little Eco-System. The pool area provided an oasis like feel and the waterfall feature was amazing on many levels. The days were 87 and sunny and the nights were perfectly breezy. The smell of the Gulf of Mexico really made us feel like we were on the water. The amenities of the home gave us everything we needed to relax and stay in the home rather then feel like we needed to drive anywhere. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook large meals everyday. My Family and I will definately vacation here again.

We have stayed at lots of places all over, and this was up there with the tops. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great, the pool area private. Our kids loved exploring the yard for lizards. Would highly recommend this for any group or family!
