We had a great week in key colony beach! The house was as described and perfect for a group of 6 adults and one child. Spacious, clean and the cabana club was perfect! Would stay here again!

We absolutely loved this house and the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed walking a few blocks to the cabana club and using the pool and beach and ordering fun drinks from the bar there!

Visited from Canada on a fishing trip with a a group of friends / coworkers. The space and location was perfect for our group. Excellent spot for families and friends to enjoy the keys and all it has to offer. Being able to dock our behind the house was a huge bonus ! Don’t hesitate in booking this space.

Everything was great, very comfortable beds, beautiful house, quiet, had pretty much everything you would need during your stay. Fished right out the door. Quick walk to pool.

The house by itself is a vacation dream, but add Key Colony and the canal and the Cabana Beach Club and it is paradise.

Much larger home than the listing looks and is well- appointed with Nautical furnishings and artwork. Being able to walk to Cabana club to swim in the ocean or the pool was a huge plus. Canal provides easy access to Ocean and gulf. Our trip was A+

The number of guest beds, the view, the pool/beach amenities, this is highly recommended for a group. Our party was 7 and it was a comfortable accommodation. We enjoyed having a relaxing place to go back to after our days out sightseeing. Having a grill was plus we ate in a few nights! The pictures give you a great idea of what to expect. Leslie communicated before check in and when it was time to check out. I received a call the day prior to checking out and since we had to leave so early in the morning they helped to make it easier for us. Many thanks!

We stayed here for a week with 5 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was beautiful and we loved the clubhouse with the pool and beach access! This neighborhood is quiet and relaxing. Honestly, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this location. Beds are comfy with good mattresses which was a huge plus for us. We were lucky enough to have awesome neighbors check in beside us. Easy access to the ocean on the boat and good dock! Cabana Club (Pool) was right at the end of the street, so it was convenient for the babysitter and kids to go to while the adults fished. We will be back!!

The place was really nice, has everything you need, plenty of room. We brought our 24’ boat and dock access very nice and convenient. Room for parking the cars and boat trailer worked very well.The cabana is great place to relax at the pool or beach, also nice bar next to the pool. Great experience

It was nice have king suites in the house for 4 couples! (There’s was no decision on who gets a twin mattress.) The helicopters were the noisiest at the airport. The pool was the perfect size! We saw 6 manatees in the canal one day! That was awesome! We found a nice place to watch the sunset! Highly recommend this house! It was clean, had a great layout and a nice deck and pool!

Lay out of the house was perfect for our family. Four bedrooms all with their own bathrooms. With six people a keyless entry was optimal. Easy access to stores, beach and shopping.

Positives - The house was very well kept, clean and had adequate cooking materials (pans, pots, grill etc). Our group of 7 always had plenty of room and never felt cramped. Great layout for a short term rental. The beds were comfortable and air conditioning was perfect. Parking was great, huge gravel driveway with lots of trailer and vehicle parking. Enough seawall for our 32ft CC and 25ft CC, canal was 15ft deep minimum (coming out of the dredged canal was approximately 2.5-3ft at median tide) Negatives - Pool had a fairly significant leak at the pool pump, so we were constantly filling the pool with water to keep it from sucking air. (Property management was notified and a pool repair person called me quickly, so kudos to the management!) Keep in mind, this house is a stones throw to the air strip at the Marathon Airport. Expect some noise. It wasn’t overwhelming but occasionally it was easier to stop talking for 5 seconds while a Jet takes off than yell over it. Final thoughts - I would definitely book this property again. It was perfect for our group and we really enjoyed how clean/new the home was.

This house was exactly as advertised. Loved that each bedroom had a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Plus an additional 2pc bathroom in the house.Super comfortable for 8 adults, and centrally located. Lots of amenities close by for any essentials you may have forgotten.Airport is located right behind the house, and at times can be loud as planes are coming in and out but only for a few seconds. It is actually neat to see and watch!

We absolutely loved this home. The decor is gorgeous. The home was very clean and well equipped with what we needed. The location was perfect as far as day trips and getting around. I would note that the Marathon airport is essentially in the back yard which is very noisy all hours of day and night. It didn’t bother us but should be noted for others. In conclusion we were a party of 8 (4 couples) and were very happy and comfortable at this home.

The house was great! Perfect for two families. Very clean and well stocked with enough to could big meals in. Pool was cleaned multiple times which I love when your staying for a week. Dock was perfect for our boat and enjoyed seeing the manatee’s. Plenty of parking for big trucks underneath which was great to keep them out of the sun and cool. Would totally recommend this house.

This was the perfect place for six adults to get away. The location was close to great places to eat, beaches nearby and beautiful views of the Atlantic and the gulf a short walk away.

This is a great property - the pictures are very accurate. What was very impressive is how clean it was! And the check in process and communication with the property managers was awesome. They checked in on us after arrival, called back about a small issue the previous renters had reported, and also checked in with us the day before leaving to see if we had any questions - and to offer to help us with commute time to the airport!! Great customer service. The pool was great and we spent alot of time relaxing - there is not all that much shopping in Marathon, some small shops but no general "shopping area". Beaches and restaurants we went to were fantastic - people are very friendly and helpful here! All in all great, relaxing trip and we would visit again!

We rented this house to celebrate my 40th and my sons 9th birthday . Everyone had a wonderful time . The property was perfect and both boat ramps were close to use as we had a boat issue and could not leave it at the dock over night . The kids and adults enjoyed fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool . Inside the house was a great layout you never felt like you were on top of people , all bedrooms had their own bathroom too which was a major plus. A couple reviews I had read previously complained about the airport and the construction neither of these bothered our group . It was a busy weekend with the airport since it was Labor Day but we all enjoyed the planes taking off and landing and the construction was not annoying at all or disrupting. We hope to rent this property again next year. Another thing the girls in the office are AMAZING and answer back right away if you have any questions about your upcoming trip.

This house has everything you need for a great vacation. From the ample parking to a large dock with a fish cleaning station you can’t go wrong with this location. The house itself had plenty of room with the four bedrooms (each with own bathroom) and a large living room. You can be on the gulf I ten minutes or the Atlantic in twenty. Close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely book this place again.

My family and I booked this home for our summer vacation and we were not disappointed! We searched for the perfect place and found this one that we liked. Things that stood out were the private pool, close to the beach, and right in the heart of marathon. Publix and Winn Dixie were in walking distance to the condo. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were super comfortable. There were several local restaurants that we loved. Our host was very responsive which was great. Super easy check in and check out. We will definitely be booking this home again the next time we go to marathon.

We were first time guests to the Marathon/FL Keys area and took the advice of a local resident on this location. The house offered a great floor plan to split with another family. The location to Publix was a huge + as we shopped daily for breakfast and lunch items. The home was equipped with games for the kids, quite a few kitchen items to prepare meals with, plenty of bedding, bath towels and beach towels. We did not need any assistance or maintenance during our stay however our communication with the host upon arrival and departure was very clear on what was expected of us. We would stay again in the future.

Location was great, a little ride through canals to get to the big water, but not really an issue. The house is actually like a duplex and I was unaware of that when I rented.. but it was not a problem for us.

The beds are so comfy. I never sleep good at rentals, until this house! The bed was better than the one at our home. I usually leave vacation tired, but not this time! Great location to stores and pretty centrally located on the island.The public boat ramp is about two miles down the road. The only boating downside about this stay is the no wake zone ride to the ocean/gulf. It’s about 40 mins. There are decently close restaurants you can boat to, all in that no wake zone area.It is a condo, split home, but we did not have any issues with noise. I would imagine if you had a rowdy crowd next door it would be an issue. The house next door is a private home and they are quiet and very nice.Honestly, no complaints, would totally stay here again! Clean and comfy and great hangout spots. Oh!!! And the manatees frequent the docks! We were visited by two! And they were up close and curious while we were down at the dock!

Wonderful home and location, even better than the pictures! Manatees greeted us in the canal on day one. House was spotless and plenty of room for the whole family. Bedroom on the main floor was perfect for my parents. We’ve taken home a week of wonderful memories! I would absolutely recommend this place and definitely stay again!

Stayed here from 7/17/21 - 7/24/21 we had a great time!! The house was perfect for all of us. We did not feel cramped or like we were on top of each other. The pictures do not do this place justice. The master suite with its huge double sink on suite bathroom and adjustable bed and high ceilings with fan. Each bedroom with flat screen TVs and cable service. The ac was nice and cold to beat the heat. The pool, with floats that were provided was a blessing. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice, clean, spacious, well furnished and centrally located. Down the block from 2 major supermarkets, shops galore and restaurants. Only a 45 min drive to Key West. We absolutely loved our stay here. Thank you again!!

We brought our boat. Great Location.Very clean. Loved the 3 bathroom for the teenagers. The dock was nice for the boat.

Great for a family vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The house had plenty of space for our group of 6 adults and plenty of room for parking including a 28’ trailer. The master beds were very comfortable. There’s a deep freezer by the pool to store bait and ice which was very nice. Dock had plenty of room for our boat and the neighbors. Make sure to bring fenders as the tide can get pretty low. The only drawback for me was when taking the boat out. The idle out to Sister Creek was 25-30 minutes one way. It’s all idle speed/no wake. My preference is to be much closer to open water.

We had a lovely week vacation at this house. We had a few minor issues (nothing that couldn't be handled by staff popping out). Beds were comfy. Kitchen was large and well supplied.

My husband and I enjoyed this home very much! It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Loved the privacy of the pool and jacuzzi. Management was helpful with all of our questions. We did not want to leave!

This place was wonderful for my wife and I and we brought our parents as well. 2 bedrooms down stairs with 2 bathrooms and another bedroom upstairs with its own bathroom as well. House and pool were clean, no complaints.

Overall, it was a great family vacation and I would stay here again! Great pool, great outdoor area, and great house overall. The only thing I wasn’t expecting is there is a small airport nearby and there are a lot of planes flying very low overhead pretty much all day long. However, this wouldn’t prevent me from going back. The house had all the little things that made it perfect. Plenty of cooking utensils and towels. Thanks for a great vacation!

We picked this property for the backyard paradise, and it did not disappoint. Beautiful, lovely pool, a sense of privacy. It was just as we hoped from the pictures. The home is clean, well-apportioned and in a good, central location to get to all kinds of activities. Loved our stay, thank you!

This property is exactly as presented - maybe better. The owners have thought of so many details that make it a wonderful rental property - cookware you can actually cook with (thank you), plenty of beach towels, excellent lighting, clear instructions and guidelines for everything. It was a seamless entry into instant 'being away' from home while having everything at your fingertips that you want. the pool is a generous size, the landscaping gives just enough privacy while still allowing you to see the canal (and is very pretty), the dock is fully functional, the hot tub is fabulous. All really wonderful. One recommendation if you ever wanted to add anything is for a little outdoor shower on one side or the other for rinsing off before entering pool or hot tub. The dock hoses serve the purpose, but hot when the sun is out and cool once the hot water has moved through! Thank you for such a wonderful week for our first taste of the Keys!

We stayed over Xmas and enjoyed our time here. Great location. The house was perfect for our family of 5. The kitchen was very spacious and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious as well. So glad we paid for the pool heat when it was 50 degrees three days in a row as our kids continued to swim and use the hot tub! The lock to the sliding door outside was broke, but once we reported it, it got fixed right away. But overall we enjoyed the house and would recommend it as a great place to stay!

What an amazing experience! We hadn’t had a real vacation in many years, but found this house in Florida, and it was wonderful. It was so clean when we arrived, too. The house is comfortable, & has everything we needed - literally. We only brought toilet paper & paper towels, and they had everything else. The pool was beautiful, and swimming in it, surrounded by palm trees, made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. We fished off the canal, and caught lots of yellow snapper. And a manatee and her calf swam by a few times while we were there! We had a fantastic time, and can’t wait to come back.

This house was beautiful and in a great location!! After a day of fishing and snorkeling, we were able to tie up to the dock and get refreshed in the pool and hot tub. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect home for our family of six to spend our Keys vacay!!

We loved everything about our stay. This home has it all. Some of us just wanted to lounge by the pool or on the upstairs porch and it was perfect! Some of us wanted to get on our boat and snorkel and fish everyday and it was perfect!

We had a wonderful time in Marathon. The home is on a relaxing channel of water and walking/biking distance to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Quiet family neighborhood. Just the right size for our family. Enjoyed the large veranda when it rained, as well as the pool when it was sunny. Easy 1 mile walk to the beach.

Great place to stay and very easy to get around, great beach down the street, terrific pool and restaurants all very close. Had a great time.

The experience renting the property was simple. The girls at the office I spoke with were always friendly and helpful.

Plenty of space for 9 guests. Large living room, dining area and huge kitchen. There is no access to the apartment from main living area, not a deal breaker. The downstairs apartment has a roll out mattress in the sofa right in front of a small tv. It was the perfect hang out for the little ones to rest and nap. There's a large sliding glass door in front of it, could see them from the porch/pool. The pool is fantastic! The canal is teaming with jellies and fish. The iguanas are social. We had a visit from a ferret. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Publix and Walgreens very close by. Stock up on bug spray and hydrocortisone cream... don't skip this. Few minutes drive from Sunset Bar and Grille, wonderful food. I highly recommend renting a boat, there's so much to see here even just cruising the canals. We enjoyed our stay and Leslie was very helpful.

Overall the house is exactly as the pictures show! Plenty of indoor space, FABULOUS deck and pool! Plenty of beach towels, but daily supplies = go to the store! Only 1 roll of TP, 1 roll of PT. There is a great grocery/pharmacy/liquor store within a mile - so just stock up before getting there. After that, the place is exactly what I was hoping for my family! And the management staff always responded to a call or email within 24 hours!

We had a great stay with 2 sets of grandparents and kids. House was in a great location and very comfortable. The full separate living space on your lower level was great for separation but easy access to the pool. Keeping the boat in the water was easy with a cleaning table and hose for wash downs right at the dock.

Such a beautiful home in a beautiful location! 2-3 min walk to Sombrero Beach. Safe, walkable neighborhoods, close to loads of great restaurants and activities. Being centrally located in Keys, plenty of options in Marathon or with a short ride north or south. Would definitely recommend/return.

Great house and perfect location for our vacation ... quiet, beach very close and lots of good restaurants within 1-5 miles. Great kitchen and fully stocked with all the essentials. The grill was a big plus for us to have and we used it many times and gas was included. We paid the extra for the pool heat and that allowed us to use the hot tub every day as well at full temperature, which was great for the weather which was a bit cooler and cloudy over this Christmas (2023). One note for prospective renters - lots of stairs! Would recommend and rent this home again though.

Our entire family of 8 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is perfectly located and fully stocked with all we needed. The pool and pool area were great and we were able to launch kayaks and paddle boards from the dock. In addition, the view is stunning!

Our extended family loved our stay here in Marathon. It is a 3-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, but you will find yourself not even wanting to leave this beautiful property. Amazing water/ocean views that can’t be beat, and the house is well adorned, clean, and done very well. House is private and quiet even though Publix and the conveniences are down the street a bike ride away. Loved our stay and house is even better than the pics!

Check in was a breeze, key and info pickup right on the way, home 3 miles away. Great oceanfront location with views and a 2 minute walk to Sombrero Beach. 1.2 miles to Publix grocery, 1.3 to a couple of local hangouts. What you see in the pictures is what you get. Great days at the pool, well outfitted property. Boat access will only allow for smaller boats and lack of a pool level bath are the only negatives. All in all, great property, wouldn’t go elsewhere should we visit marathon again.

This house was the perfect setting for our Marathon retreat. We loved the pool & spa, and the location to Sombrero Beach. Everything was top notch and exactly what you would expect from a luxury rental. We're already planning on coming back soon.
