The pool and backyard were are favorite spots to relax and be together. The house was comfy and the kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. A short walk and drive to many wonderful things.

We had an amazing week in Marathon! The house was everything we needed for our family of 6! We enjoyed family breakfasts, afternoons by the pool, the easy walk to Sombrero beach to watch sunrises, and sunsets! Everything was in close distance, Publix at top of street, many restaurants and places to explore! We spent a day in Key West which was an easy drive, a day snorkeling, and a fishing charter. Lazy Days South Restaurant cooked the fish we caught and it was amazing! We also enjoyed some putt-putt at Porkys! The weather was beautiful! The heated pool was so enjoyable and we enjoyed our daily visits from the iguanas! The communication was easy and quick if we needed anything! We really had a wonderful trip!! Thank you for everything!

Very nice house 5 minute walk to sombrero beach. owner responds quickly. lots of beach towels. we didn't have a boat but the pier in the channel was a nice place to sit and watch fish or jelly fish swim by and enjoy your coffee in the morning. the outdoor living space is very utilized pool was clean. place is perfect

This house was a perfect fit for my family and friends during our Spring Break! The location was wonderful! We were walking distance to Sombrero Beach which we noticed would get very busy and difficult to find parking. It also has a Publix at the end of the road and a light to go out to the main road which was such a help with how bad traffic can be. The pool area was private and a beautiful landscape for family photos. We even had a daily visit from a local iguana which was fun to see! The property management was extremely friendly, attentive and quick to respond to any of our questions! Check in and check out couldn’t have been easier. We had 4 adults and 3 children and this property was exactly what we hoped for!

Great property, well managed, and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. Marathon is very much a fishing and boating village, so that is the primary attraction. Florida Keys Steak and Lobster and Sparky's Landing are restaurants to consider. Nor'easter Fishing charter was superb.

Lovely indoor and outdoor space. Kids loved the resident iguanas, screened porch was fantastic when gnats came out in the evening, interior was spacious and airy, proximity to Sombrero beach was perfect (and what a gorgeous beach it is!). Had a rental boat so the dock was key and we enjoyed every bit of our stay at the house and our and about in the beautiful Florida Keys. Sombrero Reef was incredible!

The house was perfectly located. Close to the beach and any shops or restaurants you’d need. The privacy of the backyard was fabulous. Perfect size home for our family of 5 with bait freezer, stocked kitchen utensils, pool area and dock. Linens/pillows also a bit dated. None of this however was enough for us to not rent this place again!

Property was exactly as pictured and described.location is a big off the beaten path. Lots of good food around. Pool was warm and provided a nice space to enjoy the water!

Condo is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful and quiet stay. Having coolers, umbrellas and extra beach towels was a great bonus.

Second year in a row staying at this beautiful property. Very well equipped and spacious condo. Has everything you could possibly need. Very quiet. Nice large pool. Convenient location to everything Marathon had to offer. Able to take public transportation from Marathon to Key West. No hassle and only cost $1.50!

This is an older property but in a great location with beautiful view of the ocean. You'll feel like you are actually sitting on a cruise ship because the ocean is almost directly under the balcony. Marathon has many wonderful restaurants very close to the condo. Pool was nice. Our dryer did not work all week but the property manager was so good communicating about it really can't say that was a negative. Surfaces, especially the floors, were very clean. Overall we would definitely return to this unit.

Loved the beach themed decorations throughout the home and the view was fantastic! We saw a pod of dolphins the first morning very close to shore. We did try to snorkel once from the beach but didn’t see a lot. Others seemed to have better luck with that one. Overall our stay was very relaxing and we would return!

Despite the chilly weather (had to turn on the furnace, sadly), we enjoyed our stay. The view is magnificent and the beach is lovely...filled with tiny shells and well maintained. There are some wonderful restaurants in Marathon; FL Steak and Seafood was our best meal in the Keys. Thank you for great week in a quiet, spacious condo.

The end of October proved to be the perfect time to stay. Amazing weather and very few people at the building provided the perfect setting to recharge the body. The unit has everything included in the kitchen that one could ask for (loved the owner's choice of stoneware) so meal prep was very easy. The bedrooms were very nice. The 2nd bedroom is darker being on the side away from the ocean with great closet space. The front (oceanside) bedroom is amazing for the sounds of the ocean and it's very large. Beds are very comfortable. Leslie makes the entire process easy for reserving and checking in and even calls you during your stay to see if there are any issues. Julpha in the office is also very knowledgeable and great to work with. In my mind that is great customer service. Marathon is the perfect spot being only 45 minutes or so from Key West making frequent day trips easy. If you don't plan on going to Mallory Square in Key West for the sunset go to Sunset Grille and Raw Bar at the start of the 7 mile bridge. The 2nd best place for viewing the sunset in the keys with great food and drinks. If you've never stayed in Marathon before, this is a great place to relax at and use as your base. The Sea Turtle Hospital should definitely be on your to do list and join the local FB group to get more ideas from the locals who know the area best. Relax and recharge at Coco Plum-you won't be disappointed!

Everything was perfect but the seaweed!

We loved the location of our condo. Very neat, clean and comfortable. We spent many hours on the deck hoping to see dolphins. The seaweed was a bit of a distraction, at least it wasn’t too smelly. We would definitely come back.

We had an incredible week at this condo. Amazing corner views on the top floor made it seem like we were literally staying on the ocean. Relaxing pool right on the beach. We loved taking walks on the long sandy beach; not many placed like that in the keys! This is a special spot, would love to stay there again! Thanks!!

This place was exactly what we were looking for: Old Florida with modern amenities and positioned perfectly in the middle of everything the Keys has to offer. Yes grass washes up on the beach, but a guy comes by daily on a large tractor and does his best to clean it up in the mornings. It's a natural occurrence...and we came down here to experience mother nature. The pool is nice and clean and right on the beach. The views from the balcony are stunning. The condo itself was recently renovated, so everything in it is new. It was beautiful, comfortable for 6 of us, and provided us with more than just a place to rest our heads. It honestly felt like home. The beds were comfy, as was the rest of the furniture in the house. The balcony furniture could use an upgrade, but still wasn't bad. You can tell that the property as a whole is still cleaning up from the hurricane less than a year ago. There are some things that need to be done, but they are actively working on it. We spent a week here with our small boat. There is no room for trailer parking, but there are a couple of nice marinas on the same street as the condo. In the mornings I would bring my boat around and anchor it right off the condo on the beach. This made everything so easy. We would walk down to the boat and take off for the morning to snorkel and dive Coffins Patch (which is only 4 miles directly off of the beach there), come back for lunch and a quick dip in the pool, and take off again for some fishing or a sunset cruise. The location for a boater is great because you can pull right up to your condo and unload/reload for whatever you wanted to do next. Access to the gulf side is just a couple of canals down. A fuel dock, dive shop, bait & tackle, and everything else you need is only a couple of minutes away...by boat. We stayed during the mini lobster season but the condo remained quiet and relaxing, away from all of the commotion that usually follows the mini season. We had so much fun that we rolled our deposit over for a stay there next year. If you are coming down to the Keys looking for a resort, move along. If you want Old Florida charm and relaxation with everything the Keys has to offer right out of your backdoor, then this is a great place to stay. I recommend this place to anyone, and am already planning and looking forward to next year's stay here.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at this stunning home in Key Colony Beach! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking ocean views. The home was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The private pool was a huge hit with the kids, and the spacious dock made boating a breeze with easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic. The sunsets were absolutely magical! Home was as advertised. A beautiful setting in the back with a covered porch, pool, hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating. The home was very nice with plenty of room for six of us. Leslie was great to work with and always available if we needed. Highly recommend this place.

We had the hardest time leaving this beautiful place, and we will be back for sure. We fished the dock for hours, and enjoyed unbelievable sunsets every night. This house accommodated 8 people comfortably, and we can’t wait to come back!

I have rented properties on Key Colony Beach for more than 25 years and this is truly the best I've stayed at. The property is amazing. It looks as good in person as it does in the photos. Very relaxing stay. The outdoor grill and refrigerator are fantastic. The hot tub can really get hot if you want it to unlike other rentals I've stayed at. The property management company checked in to see if everything was working as it should be during my stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Everything from booking to checking in to checking out went smoothly. There was plenty of room for our crew of 9 adults and a 10 month old. The home was clean and well equipped with everything you need. We rented a boat for the week that stayed at the dock. Perfect spot. Pool and hottub were perfect for the day and evening. The sunset was spectacular every evening. We have been coming to Marathon every year for the past 8 yrs. This was our first time staying in Key Colony.We loved it. Yes, they do have a 25 mph speed limit that they do enforce. We found ourselves going way under as we were taking in the sites of the beautiful homes in this area. Our last few days there we found Sparkys and Havanah Jack's. They are both right there in the community and you never have to get out on the main rd. Food was spectacular and an awesome happy hour. We will be back.

House is wonderful, location is perfect. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we will certainly return. Only thing is having your own boat tied up to the dock can be stressful. The wakes from other speeding boats makes for a rough docking. But overall the house is beautiful as well as the neighborhood.

This home and it’s location in Marathon were truly like being in paradise for a week. The pool was magnificent and the rooms were richly appointed! Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this home to others!

The house is awesome. The location for offshore fishing is perfect. A short run to reef fishing and to blue water. We had as much fun fishing off the dock as we did in the boat. Sunsets were amazing.

This house by far exceeded all of our expectations! The property cannot be beat! Not only is the inside of the house lovely, the outside area accommodates everyone! You can sit in the sun, shade, fish, swim, eat and drink with several seating areas to choose from , read, play games, relax, take a nap if you dare miss one minute of your time there! We have been fortunate enough to stay in this house 4 different times with our extended family. We started our annual family trip to the keys 12 years ago and have stayed at several rental homes- this is the family favorite! The entire family enjoys this gem- ages 8-80! We cannot wait to book next year! Thank you for keeping this property top notch!

We had 3 families all with children and never felt cramped. The pool and spa was a lot of fun, the view of the ocean was amazing. The house was well stocked and with almost anything you could want. There were 2 washer dyers which was great for multifamily and a huge ice machine that was awesome to have access to. The theater room was fun for the kids to watch movies in. We did have a boat and the dock was easy to use and the location was great to get the boat out to a couple very nice snorkeling reefs or out into the fishing areas. However, we were amazed how fantastic the fishing from the dock. The kids caught fish no stop for the whole week and everything from tarpon, barracuda, a few snapper species, other fun reef fish and a couple of grouper. There is no doubt I would highly recommend this house for anyone who wants a nice vacation house.

We were very pleased and looking forward to vacationing again at Indigo Reef. Quit and a relaxing place. Hardly any children there and matured guests/owners. Perfect for renting a boat and having a slip. Beautiful surroundings and comfortable furniture.

Everything was perfect! Condo location is the best one in the whole complex in my opinion. We had fun with so many people from many different places.

Our family rented a boat for the week to use for fishing and snorkeling. It was so convenient to keep at in the slip out front. The place is just as described in the listing and I especially loved the views from the front balcony. We also enjoyed the pool and fitness center.

This was our 6th stay at indigo reef. The property and location is amazing. Convenience to Vaca makes getting out so quick and easy! The unit we stayed in was very clean and located close to pool, which is great for kids. Boat slip was a little bit of a walk but use of wagon made loading and unloading boat easy! Check in with realtor was easy but unit did require use of keys which we had to keep up with everywhere we went! Will definitely return!!!

We stayed in unit 37 the view are outstanding as the unit look out on to the pool (might be the closest unit to the pool gate) and also looks out on to the bay with first and second story decks we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the scenery. The pool was perfect. The unit is spacious, it has a few small cosmetic issues but other than that it's a really nice condo. We would return here without hesitation, we found Indigo Reef to be a special place

We just returned from a week stay at this gorgeous place. The home is everything we hoped for and more. We found the house to be in great condition. Everything was spotless, hats off to the cleaning crew. American Coastal Vacation rental office made everything so easy. The view from this home doesn't get any better. The pics are nice but you have to see it with your own eyes. The home offers complete privacy. If you are looking for a perfect place to unwind, this is it.

My husband and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary at this property. The house was AMAZING and absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We would definitely come back and bring family with us next time. The house is VERY well appointed with a great outdoor space for fishing and laying by the pool.

Our family had the privilege of staying at ‘Paradise Point’ last week and it was the MOST FABULOUS property we have ever enjoyed in the Florida Keys! The grounds, the view, the cleanliness, and the fully stocked and updated kitchen were perfect for our family’s needs! We appreciated the spacious seating areas, comfortable king beds, updated bathrooms, ground level access, and all the outdoor furniture was perfect! There is no other VIEW like this one! We enjoyed the sunrise and panoramic views of the ocean. Absolutely incredible! We hope to return every year!

We were 6 adults, most over 65 and one in late 70’s. One floor living that was accessible for family with physical disabilities was a must. This property met all the requirements. The open floor plan with large sliding doors gave us oceans views and sunrises that were the highlight of our stay. While there were issues with the pool maintenance upon arrival, the management company addressed it immediately. The heated pool was perfect. This home was everything advertised and more. We all felt like we were vacationing at a resort with all the conveniences of home, swimming, fishing, watching wildlife in their natural habitat, kayaking, and relaxing. Thank you.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful home and beautiful views. We were a group of 60-75 years old and needed one floor living and this home was a perfect fit. We spent our time visiting with family, relaxing in the heated pool, and fishing off of the sea wall. As with any home, there were a few issues, but the management company addressed them immediately. If our health permits it next year, we will definitely be back next year. Thank you.

Beautiful home in a fabulous location. Close to entertainment, restaurants yet perfect to stay a week without leaving. Would have loved to bring our boat, but boat lift is not available. Not sure if that is an insurance thing in Florida... Would recommend and come back!

We typically boated all day and relaxed at the home in the evenings. The home was extremely clean and functioned very well for both families. The ranch style and layout were fantastic! Wake up and fall asleep in paradise. One of the best investments we've made for a week of family fun. We went fishing every day, never had to leave the property for anything. We felt like we were on our own private Island.

The property was lovely, the house clean and well equipped. We rented paddle boards and a kayak and were out on the water most days. We discovered lovely restaurants but also cooked meals. The kitchen had all the proper tools and good quality knives and cookware. It was probably the most laid back and relaxing vacation I have ever taken. Waking up to that view every morning was delightful. The privacy was bonus. I hope to return.

This is our third time staying here and it’s a great fit for the four of us when we visit the keys. The pool is perfect to relax in after cleaning up the boat after a da u on the water.

We ended up booking this property for our honeymoon at the last minute when our prior booking fell through. It ended up being a blessing in disguise, because we absolutely loved this place! Plenty of room, clean, everything you need stocked in the kitchen. The location is great, easy to get to the main drag and even has a nearby walking path. Directly on the canal, which we took advantage of almost every day. We had paddleboards delivered as well and launched right from the rental. We paid for pool heating, which was definitely worth it. The outside area/pool/soaking spa was gorgeous, we spent more time out there than anywhere else. Communication, check-in, check-out was all easy and quick. We would stay here again anytime - highly recommend.

This was definitely in our top three favorite places we have ever stayed through VRBO. It is very clean, updated, and very comfortable. There was everything that we needed for a wonderful stay. This is a duplex, and we were in unit B, which is on the left side. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we enjoyed every second of our time both inside and out. The pool and soaker tub are perfect for cooling down and relaxing. There are lights in the canal at night so you can see what is swimming by. We saw several lobster and a sea turtle, which was exciting. The bed was extremely comfortable, and they have the best pillows I have ever slept on. I am trying to find them now to purchase myself. The master shower is luxurious with three shower heads. Everything worked as expected and we hope to return soon!
